Thank you for supporting CineFestival. We can’t wait to see you at the Historic Guadalupe Theater Wednesday, July 7 through Sunday, July 11, 2021. Please read below to see what you have to do next.

Your pass entitles you to attend all films at CineFestival, but reservations for each film are required in order to have a guaranteed seat. Please take some time to browse through the program and plan your festival experience. Once you know which screenings you wish to attend, you can order tickets and have a guaranteed seat for those shows. Free screenings also require ticket reservations.

To reserve tickets using your pass, please go to https://guadalupeculturalarts.org/cine-festival/ and click on the LOG IN button in the upper right corner of the page. Once you log in you can browse the schedule and the Film Guide, then mark your favorites with the star icon or simply order your tickets.

Once ordered, your tickets will arrive to you via email. Please make sure that the email address you used to create your account is correct, and check your spam and other alternate folders if you do not see your order in your inbox. Your tickets will also appear in the My Tickets section of your account.

You can save paper by keeping your digital tickets on your phone instead of printing them, we can scan your ticket straight from your phone when you arrive at the theater.

Remember that the Guadalupe theater is operating at a limited capacity of 200 seats, so take the time to reserve your tickets in advance to ensure your access to the screenings you want to see. For popular shows, we also recommend an early arrival to the theater as we do not offer numbered seating.

Please only reserve tickets for the screenings you are certain to attend. If you reserved tickets to a screening and will not be able to attend, we do ask you to kindly cancel your ticket so we can relocate it to our ticket stock. You can cancel tickets by going to the Manage section in your My Tickets page and choosing “Cancel tickets.” You can cancel tickets up to one hour before the screening. Canceling tickets that you will not use is a courtesy to other festival attendees who may try to buy or redeem tickets at the last minute, and to the presenting artists.

Last but not least, we’d like to remind you that CineFestival encourages the use of face coverings for all attendees and specially those who have not received vaccinations against Covid-19. We also ask you to respect other patrons who chose to wear masks and social distance.
